I hope you will stick around, and look in this little window into my life. I’m a high school student in a tiny school, and have lived in a quaint New England valley all my life. In my home dwells two sleepy pugs, and just a few steps outside my door are three hens in a home of their own.
Farming is my passion- raising chickens and tending a vegetable garden provide me with the opportunity to experience it in a small scale. In my spare time I devour books, with special attention given to Shakespeare of course. I practice my writing and photography on this blog, and attempt to sketch, paint, weave scarves, and cross stitch if I’m really feeling creative.
Chicken keeping is a full time job, and it is one that I am so grateful to have. I hope that as I relate to you my daily stories, you can enjoy yourself and maybe even learn from my experiences.
